Its Thursday. I have completed 3 days of going to the gym.
Monday - 60 minutes of cardio and then the circuit training
Tuesday - 75 minutes of cardio and then the circuit training
Wednesday - 90 minutes of cardio and cicruit training.
I expect that I will top out at 90 minutes of cardio everyday.. with just taking the weekends off.
I have also been keep a food journal which has definitely made me aware of what I am eating. Most days are good but I have moments of feeling "snacky".
Here are the begining photos. Only place I can go from here is up.. or well down - in weight.
